- To avoid lines in the registration area, we strongly suggest that attendees check in at registration on Friday, May 13.
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 200 on Level 2 of the Hynes Convention Center. It is critical that ALL speakers visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours before presenting to ensure their presentation has been properly loaded and any embedded video or media files work with the audiovisual system. Please note: presentations will NOT be loaded in the meeting rooms. Personal laptops will NOT be used in the session rooms.

If you require special accommodations to fully participate in the meeting, please visit the Registration Area on Level 2 at the Hynes Convention Center and an AATS staff member will be happy to assist you.
Due to privacy issues, it is the policy of AATS that no cameras are permitted in the meeting sessions or the exhibit hall. Please refrain from taking photos in these locations. Audio and videotaping is also prohibited. For the courtesy of all faculty and participants, please ensure that cell phone ringers are silenced during all sessions. Smoking is not permitted in the convention center, hotels or special event venues.
A complimentary coat and luggage check will be located on Level 1 Lobby of the Convention Center. Service will be provided during the following dates and times:

To report an emergency while in the Hynes Convention Center, we ask that you call the Command Center at 617-954-2111. The Command center will call for emergency personnel and bring them to the location of your emergency. If 911 does get called we ask that you also call the Command Center so that we are aware of the situation and can assist in getting them to your location.
A First Aid Station is located on Level 1 of the Hynes Convention Center in the Main Lobby.

A small, quiet, private room is available for nursing mothers and others with sensitive personal health needs. The Health Room is located on Level 1 of Hynes Convention Center in Room 108. Please note that this room is not staffed or locked, and no sign-ups are required. Please see AATS staff at the Welcome Center if we can be of any further assistance.
