The city of Los Angeles and hotel community have made a major commitment to AATS for competitive rates in quality hotels. We encourage you to review the list and reserve your room at one of these official Annual Meeting hotels. Hotel reservations may be made on the registration website after completing registration for the AATS 103rd Annual Meeting.

Hotel Deadlines and Information:
- You must be registered for the AATS 2023 Annual Meeting to secure a hotel reservation. AATS 2023 hotels will not accept reservations directly, and Maritz Global Events will not make a hotel reservation for you unless they confirm that you have registered for the Meeting.
- A credit card with an expiration date through June 2023 is required to reserve a hotel room. Hotel confirmations are sent from Maritz Global Events.
- Requests for hotel reservations must be received by Maritz Global Events no later than Thursday, April 13, 2023. After this date reservations and rates are subject to availability.
- Review your confirmation and hotel cancellation policy carefully to ensure that you do not miss any hotel-specific deadlines.
Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing Provider for AATS 103rd Annual Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or Maritz Global Events.
