Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or Maritz Global Events.

A private room is available for any nursing attendees or those with sensitive personal health needs. The Nursing Room is located on Level 400 of the Seattle Convention Center outside Room 441. This room is locked and you may obtain a key at the Registration Desk.

A select number of our partner hotels offer onsite childcare services to registered guests of the hotel. In addition to those services offered at the individual hotels, the AATS has partnered with Destination Sitters, a locally licensed childcare service, to offer onsite family care during your stay in Seattle. To arrange for Destination Sitters or any hotel childcare service, please contact them directly once your hotel reservation has been made.
