All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent to by October 19, 2026. A processing fee of $150 will be charged for all registration cancellations. Registrants whose visa applications are denied will be eligible for a full refund with the processing fee waived, upon receipt of an official visa denial letter from the embassy or consulate.
Requests for refunds are not guaranteed if submitted after October 19, 2026.
Cancellation Refund Deadlines:
September 19, 2026: Full Registration Refund
September 20 – October 19, 2026: Partial Registration Refund (50%)
* Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students: Refunds requested on or before November 18, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date
