COVID-19 Protocol and Requirements for AATS Meetings

The AATS looks forward to welcoming all the attendees to Boston, to our first in person event in two years. To protect everyone’s health and safety, AATS is following safe COVID protocols. Masks are encouraged but not mandatory given the ongoing presence of COVID. We ask that all registered attendees, staff, and vendors provide proof of vaccination (currently defined as one or two dose vaccine series-no booster required).

We have made it extremely easy for you to verify your vaccination status by uploading your vaccine card to this secure web app link below. This should only take approximately 2-3 minutes. Please note that you will not be able to pick up your meeting badges at registration unless we have a record of your vaccine card.

COVID-19 Vaccine Exemptions:

The date for exemption requests have since passed at this point. No exemption requests will be taken on-site in Boston.

The above information applies to all AATS in-person meetings in 2022 including the 102nd Annual Meeting, Aortic Symposium Workshop and the Mitral Conclave Workshop in Boston, MA.
