Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy: Please submit your cancellation and refund request to AATS@Maritz.com and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before March 6, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Requests received March 7, 2024, through April 5, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. Requests received after April 6, 2024 will not receive a refund. All refunds will be remitted after the conclusion of the event.*

*For Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students, refunds requested on or before April 5, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
