Cancellation Policy: Please submit your cancellation and refund request in writing to the AATS Administrative offices at meetings@aats.org, and state your reason for cancelling. Refunds requested on or before October 26, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $125.00 USD administrative fee. Requests received on or after October 27, 2026, will not receive a refund.
