The registration desk for the AATS 2023 Mitral Conclave will be located on the 3rd floor of the Hilton Midtown. Hours are as follows:
Registration Hours Wednesday, May 3 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday, May 4 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Friday, May 5 6:00 AM – 5:45 PM Badges must be worn at all times and will be required for admission to sessions, the exhibit area and social events. To avoid lines in the registration area, we strongly suggest that attendees check in at registration on Wednesday, May 3.

Presentations will be available approximately 1 month after the meeting at no cost for registered attendees. Those who did not register for the Conclave will be able to purchase for a fee. Notifications will be sent when the content is available for viewing.
Photography and screenshots of presentations are permitted for personal use only. Photography or screenshots for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

The Speaker Ready Room is located the HUDSON room on level 3 of the New York Hilton Midtown. It is critical that ALL speakers visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours before presenting to ensure their presentation has been properly loaded and any embedded video or media files work with the audiovisual system. Please note: Presentations will NOT be loaded in the meeting rooms. Personal laptops will NOT be used in the session rooms.
