Please submit your cancellation and refund request in writing to the AATS Administrative offices at meetings@aats.org, and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before October 18, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a $125.00 USD administrative fee. Requests received on or after October 19, 2023, will not receive a refund.
