Please submit your cancellation and refund request in writing to the AATS Administrative offices at meetings@aats.org, and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before August 24, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $125.00 USD administrative fee. Requests received on or after August 25, 2026, will not receive a refund.
