Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations cannot be made via the online website and must be made in writing to the AATS Administrative Offices. If written notice of cancellation is received at the AATS Administrative Offices on or before September 1, 2022, the registration fee will be refunded after the meeting, less a $100 USD administrative fee.
The AATS looks forward to welcoming all the attendees to New York. To protect everyone’s health and safety, AATS is following safe COVID protocols. Masks are encouraged but not mandatory given the ongoing presence of COVID. We ask that all registered attendees, staff, and vendors provide proof of vaccination (currently defined as one or two dose vaccine series-no booster required) upon checking in at the AATS Registration Desk.
The AATS will continue to monitor the situation as we approach the AATS International Thoracic Surgical Oncology Summit and will be sure to update attendees and the AATS COVID Guidelines as needed to adhere to regulations required by the state of New York and New York City.
