Please submit your cancellation and refund request in writing to the AATS Administrative offices at meetings@aats.org, and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before May 11, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a $125 USD administrative fee. Requests received on or after May 12, 2023, will not receive a refund.

AATS is pleased to offer a discounted room rate of $399 CAD per night (plus HST and MAT taxes; subject to change). The AATS room block is scheduled to be held until Wednesday, August 28, 2024, but may sell out prior to this date. Hotel reservations can be made online or by phone. For phone reservations, please be sure to mention the AATS Mechanical Support and Thoracic Transplantation Summit to receive the discounted rate, and ask about early departure fees or cancellation penalties.
Secure HousingThe AATS looks forward to welcoming all the attendees to Toronto. To protect everyone’s health and safety, AATS is following safe COVID protocols. Masks are encouraged but not mandatory given the ongoing presence of COVID. We ask that all registered attendees, staff, and vendors provide proof of vaccination (currently defined as one or two-dose vaccine series-no booster required) upon checking in at the AATS Registration Desk.
The AATS will continue to monitor the situation as we approach the Mechanical Support and Thoracic Transplantation Summit and will be sure to update attendees and the AATS COVID Guidelines as needed to adhere to regulations required by the province of Ontario and the city of Toronto.
