The Welcome Center is your one-stop resource for questions regarding the AATS, the AATS 103rd Annual Meeting information and the city of Los Angeles. Badges must be worn at all times and will be required for admission to sessions, the exhibit hall and social events.
To avoid lines in the registration area, we strongly suggest that attendees check in at registration on Friday, April 26.

Please submit your cancellation and refund request to Maritz Global Events (AATS@Maritz.com) and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before March 6, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Requests received March 7, 2024 through April 5, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Requests received after April 6, 2024 will not receive a refund. All refunds will be remitted after the conclusion of the event.*
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 501 on Level 2 of the Los Angeles Convention Center. It is critical that ALL speakers visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours before presenting to ensure their presentation has been properly loaded and any embedded video or media files work with the audiovisual system. Please note: Presentations will NOT be loaded in the meeting rooms. Personal laptops will NOT be used in the session rooms.

New at the meeting will be a lounge for residents, fellows, and medical students to gather, meet, and relax throughout the event. The lounge will be located in booth 1043 in the Exhibit Hall and open during all exhibitor hours. Don't forget to get your professional headshot on your way to the lounge at booth 431.

To report an emergency while in the Los Angeles Convention Center, we ask that you call the Security Command Center at ext. 3000 or 213-765-4605. The Security Command Center will call for emergency personnel and bring them to the location of your emergency. If 911 does get called we ask that you also call the Command Center so that we are aware of the situation and can assist in getting them to your location.
There are two First Aid locations. A First Aid Station is located on Level 1 of the Los Angeles Convention Center in the South Building, near the Compass Cafe.. There is a second location on Level 1 in the West Building, across from Petree Hall CD.

A small, quiet, private room is available for nursing mothers and others with sensitive personal health needs. The Health Room is located on Level 2 of the Convention Center in Room 513. Please note that this room is not staffed or locked, and no sign-ups are required. Please see AATS staff at the Welcome Center if we can be of any further assistance.
