AATS has partnered with Imagine That Family Care, a locally licensed childcare service, to offer onsite family care during your stay in Toronto. Imagine That Family Care will provide childcare services within the AATS 104th Annual Meeting hotels listed below. Rates *All pricing listed in CAD
- $40 per hour for 1-2 children
- $43 per hour for 3-4 children
- $60 per hour for 1-2 children during Statutory holidays
- $64.50 per hour for 3-4 children during Statutory holidays
- Short Notice requests (6 hours or less) $43 per hour for 1-2 children, $46 per hour for 3-4 children
- $25.00 charge is applied to all services provided before 8:00AM and/or after 11:00PM.
- Minimum request is 3 hours
Payment
- Visa, MasterCard or American Express is accepted. Care providers do not handle cash, for safety and insurance purposes
- No tips, gratuities or gifts please.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice will be charged a 3 hr cancel fee.
- Billing is done per half hour.
